Simple, transparent pricing
One flat platform fee. No per-ticket cent charges. No escrow. You choose whether patrons see the fee as an itemized line or you absorb it as a cost of sale.
The platform fee
5% of ticket revenue, collected via Stripe when each order completes. No setup fees, no monthly minimums, and no mandatory patron tips or convenience surcharges from us.
Stripe’s card processing fees apply separately per Stripe’s pricing.
Pass-through vs absorbed
Example on a $25.00 ticket: pass-through shows $1.25 platform fee to the patron ($26.25 + tax); absorbed keeps patron total at $25.00 + tax while the venue pays the $1.25 fee.
Venue net settlement is ticket plus tax minus Stripe processing and the platform fee in both modes.

Tax
Venues configure a flat tax percentage at checkout. Multi-jurisdiction tax automation is not part of today’s product—consult your accountant for complex tax scenarios.
