Buying tickets
No. Enter your name and email at checkout—add your mobile number if you want tickets by text too. We deliver digital tickets and receipts to the inbox (and phone) you provide.
Yes—and your tickets work on your phone with no app to install. Buy on any modern mobile or desktop browser, then show the QR code from your email or text at the door.
By design. Checkout has no ad cookies, retargeting pixels, or third-party tracking scripts. We keep the purchase page focused on your order—not on selling your attention.
Payments
All card payments run through Stripe. Your card details stay inside Stripe's secure checkout—we never see or store your full card number.
You'll see the ticket price the venue set, any local tax, and—if the organizer passes it through—a flat 5% platform fee. Every line is shown before you confirm. No hidden service fees or last-step surprises.
The venue hosting the event. They are the merchant of record, so your payment goes to their bank account—not a platform holding account.
Refunds and changes
Contact the organizing venue directly. Refund rules are defined independently by each venue and clearly displayed on the event page before purchase.
Transfer rules vary by venue. Reach out to the support contact listed on your order confirmation, or get in touch through our contact route so we can help route your inquiry.
Check your spam, updates, or promotions folders. If it is still missing, email support@yourboxoffice.net with your full name and the event details so our team can pull up your records.
Your data
The venue you purchased from keeps your order details for ticket lookups and refunds. Any optional marketing checkboxes start unchecked and are controlled by the venue.
